I used Louise to arrange a mortgage for me after buying my new property, I went in after visiting a few banks and other lenders to get a feel of what was out there in the market. On my first visit she was excellent showing me what every lender in the country was offering all under one roof, this saved lots of time and effort looking for the best deal. Louise went into all the small details with fees, set percentages for 2/3/ or 5 year fixed, all this was really helpful. She also was kind enough to point out my current policies with Legal and General were not doing what I thought they were in case of illness or death in relation with my policy, this was really good to know and since then she has found a much better policy that covers the full term of the mortgage and also covers many other benefits, nothing was too much for Louise and I cant thank her enough in the way she rushed the mortgage through when we needed it to happen. I would recommend her to all my family and friends for anyone in need of help in the minefield out there when in comes to buying or selling your home. She was kind enough to offer her help even out of working hours by saying if we needed her on an evening or weekend just call her mobile or texted her, all this goes over and beyond what is expected.
