I found all the staff at Mansbridge and Balment to be friendly and courteous. The reasons for its market valuation were clearly explained and compared with examples of other similar properties. Marketing was thorough and with maximum exposure guaranteed to achieve a speedy sale. I was kept well informed and kept up to date with viewings and offers, although on occasion the office was behind my solicitor in letting me know important developments! I would recommend overall.
