Simon Tizzard helped us in the summer of 2014 whilst we were looking for a property to buy around the Docklands area, (after 4 years looking), we finally found the 2 bedroom apartment of our dreams as first time buyers, but was outdone by a cash buyer at the last hurdle. Simon really took the time to get to know what we were looking for and kept his ears to the ground with upcoming sales and would be in touch with us on a regular basis. Simon was true to his word and found us an apartment in an identical block of flats and we were thrilled that we were first in to see the apartment and had a great seller that accepted our offer. The process went smoothly, efficiently and we couldn't have asked for better solicitors at both ends as well as the tenacity Simon had with ensuring the sale went well and promptly. We built up a great rapport with Simon and he really did take care of us unlike other competitors who soon forget and treat you as a mass market. If you are looking for an honest and reliable service, I would highly recommend Simon Tizzard and the team at Spencer James. We owe Simon a few drinks once we are settled into our new home.
