Unfortunately I'm unable to say anything positive about this company. Although they are not bad, as in malicious, their practice and attitude can be summed up as 'meh'. Whenever we contacted them their staff weren't really interested in helping or supporting us. We'd ask about repairs to the flat and get a half-baked response days later and nothing would ever really get done. Eventually, we decided to move out, the landlord wanted to increase the rent significantly and we asked for them to do some work on the flat, they said no. As we were moving out, they discovered some 'damage' although this wasn't picked up by the inventory clerk they still held back £500 of our deposit. Despite many emails asking for evidence of the damage they didn't respond. Additionally I sent an email earmarked as confidential to the partner of the business (wrongly assuming he may be able to help) and he, despite being clearly marked as confidential refused to help and just copied in the landlord. Eventually we took them to the DPS deputes team and magically our £500 re-appeared in our bank account! This took three months to resolve and to this day I've still not seen any evidence of the £500 worth of damage we apparently caused nor did I receive an apology.
