Very bad experience with the agents. Started off by delaying the move in date and pressurising to contact the home let and putting the fault on us. I am not sure why they charged £500 as fee. The nightmare carried on as the contract was emailed after 4 months of continuos ringing and emailing. The problem continue as I asked her a week ago to send the details about 6 months breaking clause? Still no answer? I definitely don't recommend them. Terrible !!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
I think they should employ staff with better attitudes or send them to a customer services training
