What a terrible service!
We were very interested in (and excited about) buying a house from Frank Innes, West Bridgford.
After the viewing we were treated dismissively, with messages not being returned. The service became even worse, when we told them that we were intending to sell our property through an online estate agent. We were then made to go to the (?independent?) financial adviser upstairs before an offer on the house could be made. After passing the financial test with flying colours we were told that unless we used them to sell our house (or had already sold our house), they would not endorse an offer from us! This felt a little like we were being blackmailed into getting our house on their books!
After submitting an offer 3 weeks ago, we have not heard if it has been accepted/rejected/passed on to the vendor. Emails are still not being answered and the house remains unsold.
We expected better from an established estate agent, but have been so disappointed by Frank Innes that we are avoiding all future dealing with them (purchase or sale). Having found this site I see that they are ranked 12834 out of 12837 in the UK - I can now see why!

I'm in exactly the same boat with them! I have children under 5 and have been waiting since 5th January for maintenance to come and replace my leaking radiator! They left me for around 1 week without a boiler over Christmas with my children, we had to stay with family. Avoid Frank Innes , Central Avenue like the plague.
Continually bad service with lack of communication between team members .
No updates from the branch re. viewings. All contact initiated by myself the vendor. The staff were always too busy to give a reply.
The phone was more often than not on answer phone.
