We had a difficult buyer in terms of mortgage approval, but Brad was very professional and very patient and diligent in making sure that at the end of the day the sale will go through. We were not in the country during the sale but he make sure that we are well informed and aware of every details and status of the transaction. He work even after office hours just to make sure things will happen. Based on his experienced he can somehow predict the outcome of any given situation related to the sale. And most of the time he is accurate. We were about to give up on the sale, but thanks to his intuition and expert advice we did not and at the end of the day, after long and struggling situation manage to sell the property. Hooray to Brad
