I have been very happy with the AP service and the timely calls keeping me upto date. Never easy dealing with a sale at arm's length but I will be very happy to recommend your services.

Firstly i would appreciate you contacting me directly to discuss this matter. I strongly deny that fact that you where not informed of a higher offer as we are bound by law to do this. At the end of the day Its your decision to sell the property at the price offered. No one would have forced you to sign a contract so If you where not happy then with the price then you shouldn't have sold. We are only here to advise and have constantly broken local records with the prices that AP achieve. ...

Our policy and our terms and conditions state that you will loose your deposit and reference money if you fail the reference or provide inaccurate information. The deposit is the landlords to cover the cost of remarketing the property and the reference fees are no refundable. All above was explained verbally and in writing priory to you paying your £460 fee. ...
