The staff at Country Properties (CP) at Old Hatfield were aways professional and friendly. Our first contact with CP was Linda Payne when we requested a valuation for probate purposes. Other Agents insisted on giving us the whole sales speak but Linda was quick to pick up on our sombre mood and the fact that we had a great deal to achieve in a limited time. We live around 150 miles away from Hatfield so an important consideration for us was to use an Agent who adopted a hands on approach Some 4 months after obtaining the valuation for probate we elected to use CP to take the house to market and this again was handled very professionally.By using the open day format a great deal of viewings were secured together with genuine offers to purchase. The sales process was very protracted for reasons that had nothing to do with CP but CP always remained upbeat and went the further mile by supervising grass cutting and garden maintenance for us. When finally Completion took place and we handed over the keys to Linda and Zoe it was like saying thank you and goodbye to good friends. Property transactions generally don't happen many times in ones life so we are pleased that we chose CP Old Hatfield to take us through the whole process. Thank you Linda and ALL the Team
