I must say that I agree with all of the other reviewers, Very dissatisfied with non existent service of Kat Mitchell, the letting manger. She always says that she will chase up a problem with no result. Email responses are non existent and phone calls are only returned if you rattle the head office or area manager Dean Loughnane (Bournemouth office). Being a landlord I take my responsibilities to my tenants seriously, but my last tenant did a runner after not paying the last month's rent along with numerous damages and J D Wood are still sitting on the balance of the deposit relevant to items missing and damages, 3 months now.
