We let properties were really efficient. The check in service was very professional and well dealt with. Any issues we had were dealt with efficiency and promptly. Would definitely recommend using them again.
Comment on agent fees
Initial application fees very reasonably, to add a further person a little on the high side.

Hi Nicola,

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review and for your comments. I understand your comment regarding the additional tenant fee however to add an additional tenant during the tenancy requires a similar amount of referencing and administration as at the beginning of the tenancy therefore this does result in a cost close to our initial one tenant agency fee. It does work out better for both tenants to be on the tenancy from the beginning so I'm sure yourself and Laura will not encounter this in the future :)
