I had two Agents value my property and found Beresford Adams far more enthusiastic and committed to selling my house. It was a difficult sale in that the house was remote and somewhat unique, however the pictures were good and whilst I paid extra for a premier listing, once we had worked together and agreed on the description, I was more than happy for it to be marketed. Beresford found a number of potential buyers and whilst some fell away they always followed up and provided good feedback. They found my buyer within 6 months and the rest was relatively plain sailing. Overall very good once we got going. My only criticism was that the pictures and description needed to be reviewed and approved by their head office which caused a slight delay and I can't see that this process added any value whatsoever.
Comment on agent fees
The fees are standard for the area, no one likes paying 1.5% but what can you do !
