Pat and I were equally fooled by their sweet talk and wild assurances.

Any¢â‚¬Å½ Agent who charges for showing property to unsuitable occupants, who fails to listen to clients' wishes, and who tries to secure Tenancy for another Property Company, is in our opinion a cowboy outfit who should not be in business.

We consider we have escaped lightly. We could have had an occupant who would have trashed the cottage.

That D&P wont¢â‚¬Å½ return the keys until Monday - having received their money yesterday, is further evidence of their shabby way of working.

Dales and Peaks is a shoddy outfit.

Me and my boyfriend rented a house through Dales and Peaks and at first before they had gotten any money from.US they sweet talked their way into the agreement by saying how good they were with am a gung the property. However after been given money for the deposit etc. They changed there manners towards us were revolting they took ages to call back or to reply to emails or voicemails.
They let us rent a property for 6 months even though they k we the landlord was going to sell the house after that 6 months (without telling us!) Which meant we played all the fees (which were outrageously overpriced) and we lost out
When they came round to inspect the pprperty after we had moved out they said it would cost an extra £,200 from out deposit as the house was "messy" I had cleaned everything before we left!! It was cleaner that it was before we moved in!.
They the lied to my face by sayingg that the gas and elcteic were both in debt by £10 each, I then immediately phoned the energy supplier I'm with and they said that I wasn't in any debt and in fact in credit! So all in all dales and peaks are money grabbing useless letting agents I would NEVER! recommend them and I will co tinually tell people of how shocking their service is!
DO NOT GO WITH DALES AND PEAKS!
