Liked the service from this little company and would use them again. Very good services, they were always knowledgeable and staff were efficient. The service from this little company was the best I have had from an estate agent and I would certainly recommend them.

I was very sorry to hear of peoples problems and losses with this company. Not only am I a local agent owner, I am also the regional representative for ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) and its companies like this that affect the reputation of legitimately run Letting Agencies. ARLA regulated agents HAVE to carry Clients Money Protection insurance, which protects against this very situation. Know the feeling, feel for you. I see they have a change of address, still on the high street I think, but not the postcode for their old Shop. Check it out and then go and sit in there like we did until they paid up and thankfully the cheque cleared. ...

It would appear that Sweets Property are shut and cannot be contacted. Mrs Sweet formed a new company last Oct called "My Sweet Property.com" . So Sweet Property may have gone bust and they walk away from the debts and start again!!!! Perfect for them. Look up the company at Companies House ...

can sympathise with you have had trouble also. Went to the office in December and sat until they issued. Cheque which actually cleared. then had problems getting deposit transferred and have finally got this. Ombusman is where I live in Salisbury but does not have much teeth to be honest. Who shouts loudest to be perfectly frank. Kim has a terrible problem to deal with every day. richard Sweet is an Asshole to be honest and souls be harressed seriously and not the poor office staff. ...

Having read the reviews on the website, I feel I must also warn all landlords to steer well clear of this company. I am constantly having to remind them to pay money owing to me. The company name has recently changed. Sweet Property Services was dissolved in October 2014. Does anyone know if that means our contracts with Sweet Property Services are no longer valid?
