The service we received from the branch in Maidenhead was very good, we had quite a few viewings before we finally completed and it was never too much trouble for them to be there when we needed them to be.
However I was less than satisfied with the service from the Sales Progressor. I found her to be very nice and helpful initially but as soon as we came across any issues she became quite rude and blamed any hold ups on, either us or our solicitor, without knowing the facts. She accused my solicitor of "dragging her heels" and not responding to requests when in fact the vendors solicitors had not responded to e-mails in a timely fashion.
This was all very disappointing and would make me think twice about using Carsons if I come to sell the property.
