I used Peter Lane in St Ives to sell my property and could not have had better or more friendly service. They found me buyers very quickly, twice, the second time when the sale fell through. They kept me up to date with events all the way through and very promptly, either by phone or email, and they chased problems for me, both with my solicitor and with other issues. They are a professional team who also manage to be sympathetic and very approachable. I never had any doubts about taking a query to them in their offices and was always made very welcome. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Communication. Keep buyers in the loop and you won't lose them. A sale may have fallen through but I could have bought a property soon after yet they didn't keep in contact.Attached Filesnbsp;

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent needs to maintain focus throughout the buying process to completion, and to ensure that absence is covered so that customers are not ignored, as I was frequently. A bit more 'friendliness' wouldn't go a miss once the sale is secured either, I felt like I was being a pain in the backside just for asking basic questions.Attached Filesnbsp;
