Cannot put in word how Terrible Belvior lettings branch in Leicester are..... they seem to be in the business of extorting the inexperienced local student community. The attitudes of the staff members is at best disrespectful, the service that they offer is appalling not only failing to act of concerns of tenants but failing to even communicate. notable issues.... the creation of fees amounting to 500 pounds (admin fee, moving out fee, inspection fee ect ect) designed to retain the bulk of the deposit at the end of a tendency.
