I can see why this firm is ranked so poorly (11316 out of 12787 UK firms). I am surprised it is not right at the bottom.
It is our conclusion that this agent has bogus properties for sale that never translate to an actual sale and the agents are working in collusion with brokers and conveyancers.
We were prospective buyers looking for purchasing a property in Pinner. For one of the properties, we put in an offer, through Andrew Pearce, it was ¢â‚¬Ëœaccepted' by the sellers. After all fees had been paid to the brokers, solicitors, etc. the vendors who Andrew Pearce have supposedly known for years pull out of the sale.
We suspect that Andrew Pearce also work for their own best interest and not all offers made by prospective buyers are put forward to the sellers.We have learnt that properties are sold for much less that what some would be buyers offer as not all offers are passed to the sellers (even though the buyers are very credible and genuine.
Customer service is unknown to these agents. Phone calls and emails are never returned.

Andrew Pearce Estate Agents & Chartered Surveyors have a credible reputation within our community and a number of satisfied clients. We act for genuine clients who want to sell their property but sometimes circumstances change and owners will have to withdraw from a sale. That's life. We are regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and therefore report all offers in writing to our clients. Its there decision if they want to accept that offer or not. Firstly i would appreciate you contacting me directly to discuss this matter. I strongly deny that fact that you where not informed of a higher offer as we are bound by law to do this. At the end of the day Its your decision to sell the property at the price offered. No one would have forced you to sign a contract so If you where not happy then with the price then you shouldn't have sold. Our policy and our terms and conditions state that you will loose your deposit and reference money if you fail the reference or provide inaccurate information. The deposit is the landlords to cover the cost of remarketing the property and the reference fees are no refundable. All above was explained verbally and in writing priory to you paying your £460 fee. ...
