I was promised the property I was moving in to would be cleaned, IT WASENT. every time I spoke to them they just fobbed me off. The girls that work there talk down to you. I was told to decorate, the day the I finished I was told I needed a guarantor all over again to renew my contract. Once I called them and gave £500 and I explained that I was sorry but the other £295 would be 9days late because my job had stopped, keeley (manager) was fine on the phone but as soon as she got off she emailed my guarantor saying if it's not paid by her they would take her to court. Ha ha none of what they is right. After they served my section21 they were still sending me letters asking me when I'll be in the office to renew the contract. Time and time again they got things WRONG!!. Rubbish customer service. Everytime I asked them who to complain to, I was told keeley was the director of the whole franchise. Lies lies lies I could go on and on... Iv still not had my deposit back.

Nicola your deposit was held with the DPS and they saw through the return of the deposit. If you have not had it I would suggest you contact them. You had every opportunity after the check out to put your case forward. I have a copy of the DPS repayment advise and you agreed to the repayment, if you hadn't then you and us would have had to present our findings from the check out. I find it strange you have taken to a review site rather than using the deposit scheme for what is is there for. We have had confirmation you have had the deposit repaid so perhaps you could amend your review please.

The most awful , inefficient, untrustworthy , unprofessional agent I have ever come across . The staff in the office are rude, the majority of them. They are unorganised , lack understanding in their role and are not trustworthy....

I had a property managed by Keeley and her team and the service was awful. Was promised that problems would be sorted and never were. So glad I moved my property away to another agent that cared. Why be so dishonest? The inventory went missing ...

To date the DPS is still waiting for you to respond to them in regards to the single sided claim. At every step we have been in touch with your new agent Carol at Barratts, I have emails confirming we have kept them informed. As you are aware the deposit is protected by a deposit scheme so we have NO control over the overall repayment. There are rules and procedures to follow. Please refer to your new agent as they have all the details required to take this forward for you with the DPS. ...
