after moving in to a flat it all started to go bad few problems in the places i was renting after years of pointing it out to them nothing ever got done i got charged for pointing out so much think it was to shut me up ! staff are rude and unhelpful i don't no how some people have found them good ? its been a joke from day one had to move out in the end after getting charge even more money to get away from this company don't think to this day the problem got fixed . happy now I'm far away from them you have been warned !!!!

For starters they never sent us an inventory so after the third month we stopped asking. The shower in the property leaked so they sent 5 different people out to fix it and every time they sent some idiots who had no idea what they were ...

Comment on agent fees
‚£150 for signing a new contract to stay for another year. Every time I got a phone call to say it was ready to sign I went in, only to be told it was not ready!!!!! This happened 3times I just can't believe how little communication goes on within this complaint.
