This agency is horrific-I strongly advise against using their services. We should have realised when we went for the first viewing and they cancelled the appointment less than an hour before the viewing with no apology. As co-tenants this information had not been relayed to me and when I phoned the agent to ask where he rudely told me he would phone me back. I then had to call him a further three times before I found out that the viewing would not be taking place- after I had travelled halfway across London to see the property. The agency then told us the property has been professionally cleaned and that we would be expected to do so when we left the property but there were stains on the carpet, holes in the walls and a lingering smell of smoke suggesting that anything but cleaning had taken place. After less than a month in the property the agency informed us that the property was going to be sold- something that they would have been aware of when we signed our tenancy agreement as we found at later that they had been showing the property to prospective buyers before renting the property to us. They phoned up expecting us to show prospective buyers around the property at very short notice. When our toilet stopped working- the agency suddenly became un-contactable- staff were working half days, their mobiles were switched off, there was no one in the office to take our call- a simple plumbing issue which could have been resolved in a couple of days took us 5 weeks to resolve. This agency is highly unprofessional, unreliable, difficult to work with and I would strongly recommend using another agency if at all possible.

The agent should have refund the 500 pounds deposit. 500 pounds are not admin fees, the cost is unjustifiable. Do not exploit vulnerable tenants.

The agency have now given me a full refund after seeing reviews I had left online.
