Out of all the Estate Agents I had to price up my house, Leigh was the most knowledgeable and realistic. The photographs he took of my property were excellent and these were reflected in the property details and on-line. Throughout the whole sales process Leigh, Adele and the rest of the team were brilliant. Always approachable and friendly when you contacted them. Gave advice whilst I tried to find my new property and were proactive when it came to dealing with solicitors and the other estate agents that were in the chain. For a new and growing company they really lead by example and I would recommend anybody who is looking to sell their property to use Lawler and Co.
