From start to finish Homes smoothed the way from the first viewing to completion. Dawn Tapscott was able to answer many of our questions about the house and offer additional information, which is by no means common, and rather frustrating, when looking at a house. Charlie Barr did a marvellous job negotiating a price that suited both parties. Karen Janku and Sue Marshall finessed the deal through without being pushy but were there to make sure things kept moving when needed. Altogether they were very pleasant to deal with. I would just mention that DezRez may have been a little misleading with complaining about our solicitor when in fact it was them at fault which introduced the only down note.
