Ben was as usual very fair open and honest when he valued the property. We were very unlucky with the whole process loosing two potential buyers who pulled out. I did feel the first person was a time wasters and clearly didn't know what she wanted, I supposed it is difficultly for an agent to say this but there gut feeling must have been the same this wasted at least 4weeks. I was also very uncomfortable with the suvayor she used he was in my property for several hours chatting about all sorts and giving his opinion on us moving to an appartment. He was very negative about it and almost persuaded my husband we were making the wrong decision .I had to ask him to leave around 6pm. His report which she said had influenced her decision was negative but also not true. It turns out this was a friend of hers and I am still not sure that he is a registered suvayor. The next potential buyer pulled out after a few days. And I have to say the agents pulled out all the stops to get potential buyers through the door .i began to feel they were being pulled of the street But all credit to them. We then had an offer and had a potential buyer.which we accepted. The whole thing should have been very straight forward. But unfortunately the solicitors the buyer and her buyer chose were very slow and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The sale progression team had a though time but at times we felt we were being given information that had not been confirmed which caused distress. Eventually it did all go through and we are grateful to mainsbridge. We would use there services again
