We have always found all members of staff to be most helpful in all aspects of letting. More than willing to give guidance and advice, even by phone or text. This is the quick and accurate service one needs in a very buoyant market that we find are selfs, in letting selling and buying. Landlords beware don't use Northwood. Our property was returned Trashed, the Tenant was breeding dogs in the House!!! To cap it all Northwood reneged on a hand shake agreement made with Paul Ryder and hid behind legislation so they didn't have to honour deal....

Update: after several emails back and forward Mr. Paul Ryder director of Northwood ask me to contact Microsoft to find out with the email he claims it wasn't sent to which Microsoft confirmed me it was sent. I have informed Mr Paul of such and asked him to do the same as per his suggestion and contact Microsoft himself, but apparently that hasn't happened and he is now ignoring my emails.
