Awful company to deal with, arrogant when dealing with us, never fixed anything.
Don't believe the positive reviews below they are all fake, if you see further back they are all negative reviews and they are trying to clean their image.
We've had the worst renting experience with this agency, they have been so slow to attend to any issues that we had to resort to fixing ourselves, the check in check out service they suggest using is biased towards overcharging for cleaning. The cleaning companies they use don't do a proper job. They overcharge for every service they get involved with. On a 6 month tenancy they started viewings 2 months before the end insisting on coming round sometimes twice per day and not booking appointments in batches to avoid annoyance. We are still waiting for our deposit to be returned after 7 weeks of departure. The list goes on and on. They don't reply to emails, are arrogant on the phone, made us wait for 9 hours when we arrived after a 24 hour flight for checkin. Never fixed anything, left us very disappointed and wasted a lot of time when dealing with their scams to over charge us for checkout cleaning.

Agreed. I've had several problems with them and as a Landlord, Thereis a lot of mismanagement and alack of communication. They don't read their emails and get all their facts wrong. To top it all off an agent, Shan was rude to me on the phone when I had enquired why I would recieve any rental income 5 months later. In 15 years of letting, i've never experienced an agent this rude to me.

I had a good experience with Simon. He was true to his word arranging us good quality service apartment accommodation in central London at a very reasonable price. We were keen to have contactless delivery at an awkward time (the small hours of a Monday morning) but everything went off without any problems.
