We had 2 months to find a new rental property and from first conversation with Emma England we have enjoyed excellent customer service. We have only received details of relevant properties, and when we received the disappointing news that a property we thought we had secured with an alternative agent had fallen through, Emma was very supportive and straight back on the case for us - managing to secure us a really lovely home with a move date before Christmas - perfect!
The staff at Seymours were always professional, honest and informative and I never felt that my time was being wasted in looking at a property that did not have potential for us. We were shown around properties by Shanice Benstead and Carissa - both of whom were always reliable, arriving punctually, answering any questions we had and when they didn't have the answer immediately to hand they came back to us very quickly with the relevant information.
Once we had our offer accepted, the referencing and contract stage was very smooth - Larah Cuffe dealt with this for us and was really helpful, coming back to us very quickly with answers to last minute questions / changes and arranging for us to have another visit to the property to measure up.
Communication between staff appears to be very good and I am really pleased that in the end Emma managed to find us a house through Seymours - we are now anticipating a (hopefully) long and happy tenancy in our new home.
Comment on agent fees
Fee structure was transparent, reasonable and comparable with qutes we had received from other letting agents
