Having tried to buy the property since May 2014, Emily and her team have at last got us in! With vendors so difficult to contact and deal with, Emily personally put a card through the door on many occasions as there was no response from the vendor. Reeds Rains, without doubt, worked far harder than our own agents despite the fact we were not paying them. Their personal concern for our move was outstanding, and we would highly recommend using Reeds Rains, especially as Emily is so strong on chasing a sale to completion. Tim was also heavily involved in Emily's absence, and in the first place suggested this excellent house would suit our peculiar needs. Tim was right, and we are absolutely delighted with the house.

Obviously I'd rather the fees were as little as possible, (no doubt the same as everyone else) and feel that the fees I paid were fairly high, especially when I had to 'chase' my guarantor when I wasn't aware that I needed to - surely this is what I pay admin fees for?
