This is an exceptionally poor agent through which to let a property. Throughout the management of my property there was a catalogue of inadequate service yet the management fee was always deducted. Payment was frequently late and I often had to phone the agent and 'badger' them for the rent. There were some occasions when I waited for eight weeks for money to be transferred. Communication was problematic, apparently my e-mails never arrived, letters were never delivered and phone calls were never returned. I didn't receive a single interim inspection report. I used a letting agent to take away the hassle of managing the property but ultimately the agency became more of a headache than expected and I paid for the privilege. Shocking! Avoid.
