I have been so disappointed and appalled by the lack of service provided by this company.
I have been expected to live in the most unhealthy and uncomfortable of environments whilst renting with them (black mould covering the walls, clothes, shoes, food etc, no electricity for 3 days, cold, damp) and when I have called to get help the majority of the time no one answers the phone and if they do I have felt like I am bothering them and receive practically no help at all.
Most recently my fuse box blew leaving me with no electricity at all for 3 days. I have not been able to eat, wash, heat the flat or see during this time and all my food has gone off. No one is keeping me updated on the situation and I cannot get through to the agency.
This has now resulted in me being ill and very stressed. It is an extremely horrible experience.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Maintain the buildings better.
Provide an emergency phone number for out of hours.
Not charge another ‚£90 administration fees at the end of the contract.
I would actually like to leave my flat before the contract ends as I have no faith in the agency anymore and would like to move somewhere warm and where I can be healthy.
