David Wells is a credit to Nevin & Wright. We bought our property from David 7 years ago, and was very impressed that he remembered our property when we called him to arrange a valuation 7 years on. He has certainly met our expectations, did not hound us for business when we said we were away for a week before coming back to make a decision (the other two agents rang me on my vacations when I specifically asked them not too.) Within a week of marketing, Josh managed to secure a buyer for us, allowing us to make an offer on the property we were looking to purchase in Bournemouth- The sale was surprisingly stress free, I think we were blessed to have a non-chain buyer, and Josh kept us regularly updated to the point of exchange. We are now in our lovely new home in Bournemouth before Christmas which is a dream come true. Thanks Nevin & Wright.

Nevin & Wright gave me a fee structure that suited us at the time, rather than a fee they offered a fixed amount so that I knew exactly what I was paying,

What agent could do to change your mind?
If the estate agent had resolved the issues. Would have been helpful if they had helped in finding myself and my son suitable accommodation whilst essential work was carried out on the property instead of charging us rent and allowing us to live out of a suitcase. Covering the costs of the effects that it had on us. Keeping us updated and informed when they suggested that they would. Abide by the legal obligations as set out in our tenancy! I have checked our records and can find no evidence of a tenant called Kate or indeed Kathryn. So am not in a position to reply to this complaint, as I feel this may be another estate agent trying to tarnish our good reputation.
