What a truly awful experience. These guys are the biggest shower of awful people who made my selling experience absolutely terrible. Every aspect of marketing my property was unprofessionally managed and it soon became apparent that Delmore are nothing but an amateurish, third-rate outfit that simply does not deserve your business. In the end I ended up moving to a proper estate agent (Slater Hogg & Howison) who were extremely professional and sold my property without a hitch.
Don't be fooled be taken in by this snake-oil salesman and DO NOT give him your business. You will regret it.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Have a positive marketing approach and not be negative In a difficult market place by Insisting to enter the market at 10K lower than the home report when the property was purchased at 15K above the home report at the peak of the climate. It has had improvements and the home report represented a fair and accurate market value.Attached Filesnbsp;
