My first point of contact was James Mosedale whose suggested strategy to market my property resulted in my accepting an offer within a week of it going on sale.
The profile and pictures of the property created by Lucy Kershaw must certainly have helped generate lots of interest and I was kept informed of what was happening throughout the process.
Also very much appreciated was the punctuality of all appointments.
Many thanks to all at the Wilmslow branch for making the sale of my house a pretty stress free experience.
Comment on agent fees
I accepted the fee at 1% of the selling price and would liked to have paid less but don't feel in any way short changed given the satisfactory service I received.
