Expensive. Vat on top. Don’t use their tradesmen as those costs are inflated to. This is something that I managed myself to save money even though I was paying them to do it.

It was decided that extra rent would be taken without conversation with myself. This was unsatisfactory as I wanted to sell the house. Also full cost of this wasn't seen by myself. Issues with the utilities at the beginning of the process were costly and led to baliff's threats etc. It may be your opinion as the person we weren't dealing with that it was hassle free, but that was not out experience.
