We have recently come from Russia, and have been renting a house with Seymours estate agency for about 3 months. We are really grateful to our manager Leanne Vallance for her constant assistance, involvement and willing to help! While we are new-comers in here, and don't know much about the heating system, gas, electricity, meter readings and utility bills, she is always there to help and explain. Here I especially would like to mention the situation when we could't adjust the heating at the beginning of November and get nearly frozen in the house, Leanne and her staff colleague Helen came themselves in the evening and tried to fix it up (as it was late enough to call for a plumber). It really got warmer in the house and we could sleep well for the whole night till the next day, when the plumber popped in and repaired the system.
I would also like to add here that Leanne is always offering help in advance, meeting our possible demands and requests. That's really pleasant that we have someone by our side in our new home town.
Finally, I would praise the electrician, builder and gardener from the Seymours staff. They are very efficient and quick in their work.
Guys, we hope to stay with you in future!

Extremely bad! Want £450 admin fees for phone calls + inventory check in but they do the check out! + reference fees + + + .... anything you can think of. Generally passing you to several people and no one knows what they do. They all have memory loss and you can end up with your accounts empty!
