Unfortunately I have been less than impressed by lawler & co. They were the agents for the house we bought. The level of service has been poor. To start with this feedback request; I was addressed as Colin- this is not my name! I was also asked if the move went smoothly and if we were settling in to our new home. Unfortunately, largely due to lawler & co we are still waiting to move. We will finally move 12 days before Christmas.
In relation to the moving process, sadly that what not any better. Leigh lawler was very pushy from the outset, telling us he wanted to see financial commitment immediately and he wanted a quick sale. We did this at the end of July/beginning of August and we are still waiting. We have received very little in the way of updates from lawler & co. The updates (mostly incorrect) were provided after we contacted them. Sometimes this went as far as providing tHe wrong information; we found out from the vendor there was more people in the forwarding chain than the agent had disclosed. Also they attempted to blag us, for want of a better word, into using them for mortgage advice claiming it was something different and it was something we needed to do to speed up the process. That was despite the fact that we already had a mortgage in principal.
The entire experience has been pretty painful. We have now been living in a three bedroom house with family including our 3 year old twins for 2 months because of these delays. This is because lawler & co could not meet the date we completed on our previous house. That also meant that we had to put all our things into storage at a considerable cost. Essentially we have had to move house twice.
On a positive note we had dealings with Adele from the company for the house we bought and some others we viewed. She was always professional and easy to speak to. She could answer questions about the properties and information about the area.
Perhaps lawler & co are better if you're selling a property with them. Their previous feedback would suggest this. We have always used Reeds Rains and found them to be great. I was surprised to hear Leigh had worked for that company as he did not appear to have the same work ethic.
Unfortunately you can't choose the agent you buy a house from. However, when it comes to selling a house, due to this experience, I would not be using Lawler & Co.

We take all your comments on board and thank you for your feedback as it is very important to us to ensure vendors and buyers alike are completely satisfied with the service we deliver.
Admittedly the sales process has been somewhat problematic as initially, as you were aware our vendor had not found a property which caused a delay, and when they did they were embroiled in a chain that included two further properties. Due to this the sales process was delayed with the usual hurdles throughout the chain and we had to rely on updates from other parties within that chain. Delays due to this were beyond our control.
Once again we regret that you have been dissatisfied with Lawler & Co and apologise for this.
We wish you every happiness for the future.
