Helpful, friendly, available when required, arranged several visits to property, contacts with the Vendor, and managed the various offers I made.
The surveyors they recommended were fine and the survey satisfactory.
My only criticism is under pressure, I felt, to use their recommended solicitor when I made it clear I wanted to use our family solicitor, hence the Good as opposed to Excellent overall rating
