I have been using Southside Management for my Edinburgh rental properties for years and the service is excellent. I have a number of business interests outside of property so I wanted a reliable and hands-on management service. Southside more than deliver on this and continue to do so. The friendly and attentive team make property management easy for me so I can focus on other things with the confidence that the properties are optimised for letting and maintenance.

I am particularly impressed with the efficient process Southside run to transition the flats from student lets into festival lets for the month of August, then back again to student. These are all pre-let well in advance so I don't have to worry about void periods. SouthSide also stay on top of government legislation to ensure that their landlords are complying with the necessary regulations in the industry.

The end to end service is incredibly good value for money and this carries through to all the reliable local contractors who Southside organise on our behalf (with no additional arrangement fee which is a bonus). Any invoices are then sent with the monthly rental payments at the start of every month.


Southside operate with the utmost integrity and professionalism. I have complete trust that properties will be managed with the landlords' best interest whilst also serving tenants with great accommodation and service.

I highly recommend Southside Property Management.
