I have recently bought a house through Fulfords and the team were faultless! Nothing was too much trouble and it was nice to speak to an agent that was smiling and bubbly as opposed to the others! This was my first property and It was stress free thanks to the great girls and mortgage advisor! (Who is the only man, lucky!!) I was told a few months previously that I would not be able to buy a property however Steve worked extremely hard to find a great deal for us!! The girls are not just Robots typing on a Key board! They have become friends! Cup of teas of chocolates whenever I popped in, I'm not complaining! Actually getting hold of them was very easy and it was nice to talk to agents that know what they are doing! Would seriously recommend them to anyone! And when I sell, there is only one agent I will call! Fulfords St Budeaux!!

Thank You for your feedback above, I would like to say that within the time this house was on the market with Fulfords regular updates were provided by the team including visits to the property myself to retake photos and to discuss ways to try to generate more interest. The property was of course matched and emailed to many prospective purchasers with follow up calls to try and book viewings, sadly no one booked a viewing on this property.
