I telephoned Prospect to arrange a viewing on a flat in Reading. Hassan took my initial call. Whilst arranging my viewing he asked me what I was looking for. He recommended another flat to view but due to it's location I was not interested, However, he stressed that the location was good and the property was ticking all my boxes. I agreed to see the property as well as the flat I had actually called him about.
He was right. the property was ideal and I put an offer in the same day after viewing 6 flats in total that day!
Adele took over once my offer was accepted. Her perseverance was much appreciated as she kept me fully informed of all the positions within the chain so that, between us, we could solve any outstanding matters promptly. She went beyond the call of duty as she would telephone solicitors, brokers, banks and Management companies to ensure their outstanding matters were dealt with promptly.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
