Winkworth (Blackheath) has been managing my property for over 3 years and have been very helpful and responsive over emails throughout this time which has made my life very easy, which is all that I wanted.
During this time, they have found new tenants for me; managed repairs when required; organised annual gas safety checks; carried out periodical property inspections; and arranged check-in and check-out inventory inspections.
