Coopers Residential were one of two agents we approached to sell my wife's aunt's house following probate and Dominic stood out from the initial meeting as being someone with strong local links to the area with a professional yet informal manner, working for a company with by a strong market profile.
At all stages during the selling process, Dominic - backed up we are sure his team behind the scenes - was completely on top of the role, keeping us informed on a weekly basis and when considering offers, giving measured advice as to the merits of which to accept.
Like most transactions, much of the work had still be to done once the property went under offer and Dominic, with his colleague Tom, chased down the key stages of the legal process talking with the solicitors involved and other agents and again keeping us informed.
I have had previous experience in selling properties where the senior member of staff takes on the property but then you don't hear from them again. It was therefore a pleasant surprise to have Dominic as the constant point of contact throughout the process. I am sure he was supported by a good team but he never gave us need to find out!
