Do not ever use this company! It's been nearly 2 months since we've left the property and still haven't received our deposit back. We have been lied to constantly saying it has been returned and to wait for it to go in the bank. Shockingly it hasn't. Had the usual lie again today and the next step has to be legal action. Please for your own good do not let with these agents.

Your comments have been some what blown out of proportion. We as a company do not control the deposit it is protected by a government approved scheme and therefore must be held until both landlord and tenant agree upon it's release. There is normally a very good reason why the deposit is held and i don't feel your comments are fair or accurate.

Your comments couldn't be further from the truth. As a company we must have both landlord and tenant in agreement before a deposit can be processed. Property management were doing their jobs albeit not to your liking. An important note is that all monies are held in my deposits, this is the law! ...
