I have dealt with Akeel and Ali with regards to a studio flat for my sister, for which I was a guarantor. I found them to be extremely helpful, friendly and professional. They listened to our situation and offered options in a constructive way. When we checked in we had some issues with the condition in which the previous tenant left the studio, but again Ali was very professional and gave us some options promptly and apologetically. We have been shown every thing in the flat and any time we called them (not that often in 10 months) they always got back to us and tried to help.
We have now checked out of the property and again they have been extremely helpful and accommodating,. Unfortunately they did not have any property that fit our new requirements and I am sorry we moved to another agent, as my experience so far with the other agent is not as good (this is a big agency and I was expecting much more from them).

Would like to welcome Antonella (Maddie's Sister) back to being one of our tenants again. After not such a great experience with another agent (multi-branch chain), they got in touch with us and we managed to secure just the perfect little place for them.

Dear Javid, Thank you for your response. The contracts were sent out via DocuSign to Eghima two weeks prior to the move-in date. DocuSign works in a flow system where it reaches one person at a time, and the contracts get forward to the next person after the first person has signed and sent it back.
