The repairs were very poor and occasionally not even done; on these occasions we were still charged. When we complained they argue, call you a liar and refuse to investigate; they will then send a red court letter to extort and harass you. They charged me a management fee despite failing to under take simple tasks, for example, the insurance paid for the close to be painted, it took CTW 8 months after receiving the cheque to arrange it. We suffered a two and a half year insurance claim to have all the homes refurbished entirely after CTW failure to secure the common close doors led to 4 break ins in a month. In 2 and a half years they didn't contact the insurance once or take any interest as the insurance company did substandard work and reneged on the schedule of works with regards to secure doors. 3 days after CTW fixed the front security door, my home was robbed again. The front door was still broken , as witness by the police, CTW refused to come check, charged me for the fix and dumped the properties for not paying. Doors still broken.

I find this company very poor. They don't do anything right and they do everything wrong. I know what I'm talking about. I could do a better job. They have no money and they are bankrupt in more says than one. Rubbish.

worst company I have ever dealt with,emails ,phone calls plus letters of complaint over 5mths and still no answer to charge of work not done.I am going to make formal complaint to owners about the way their staff treat customers and charge for work not done.Do not ever use them they should be struck off. ...
