I have never come across such a rude and obnoxious man in all my life.......My daughter and 4 others are living in one of their properties.....Firstly they had an inspector out to check wiring in property...Conclusion the house alarm is all wired incorrectly and when I asked the arrogant Habib about it he said it was fine..erm WRONG......Secondly a man from the gas and electric came and luckily someone was in otherwise the door would have been forced as they had a warrant to enter the property as the bills hadn't been paid. They then fitted pre-payment meters without leaving any cards to obtain gas and electric. So now the 5 occupants are expected(when they have the cards) to purchase gas and electric and take the receipt every time to Kingswood office to be re-embursed,which I might add is quite a distance away.....Also the inspector noticed the fire extinguisher was empty and a new one is required which again Habib knew nothing about and said they need training to use it..JOKE!!!!........The way I as a concerned parent was spoken to was disgusting and I also had the phone put down on me.....I then rang back asking for the address of head office and was given their address instead....They are so unprofessional and need to go on a course to learn people skills.......Ths isn't the end of the matter and I will be seeking legal advise

The most unprofessional company I've ever interacted with. It's really not worth the hassle.
