We have been working with Ultra Estates as our preferred agent for a number of years, and where we have instructed the firm to source suitable properties for us to purchase.
As serious and experienced professional investors, we have consistently found Haarris Peracha's knowledge of the property market to be truly excellent. Indeed we have dealt with a great number of real estate agents in the past, including many of the industry's most celebrated names, but have found Ultra Estates to be the best.
Ultra Estates also act as letting agents in respect of our property portfolio, and Haarris always takes the time to review each property which we have purchased in great detail, and has provided us with valuable, objective, and carefully considered advice as to how we might best proceed with the letting.
Additionally it is very nice to see the highly personal and bespoke approach taken by Ultra Estates, and that Haarris does not simply push any property he has available, but only those which are likely to be of real interest, and where they precisely meet our stringent investment metrics, which he thoroughly understands.

I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. However, we were instructed by the Landlord to start eviction proceedings and took instructions at all times from them. Eviction proceedings started due to breaches to the agreement and instructions we received by the Landlord. The ruling in court was in favour of the eviction. We do apologise for your experience. ...
