It hasn't been long since we've been dealing with them but has had terrible experiences with them. They not only have an incompetent team but the whole company is poorly managed - it's like the company is being run by circus clowns - on second thoughts, circus clowns may fare better than this lot.

They don't respond emails; they will make up stories and not scared to lie; they are inefficient. In our case at first they wouldn't send the deposit receipt and inventory even after following-up 50 times. Then our security deposit scheme certificate became an issue - we kept emailing them and asking them but they would just NOT RESPOND to any emails. Complete silence, till we threatened to seek legal advice and ended up getting an appointment with a lawyer, only then they responded with the certificate and, again, completely lied that it had already been provided to us.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They lie. They don't respond to emails or messages. They are extremely incompetent.

SW19 took over the management of this property with effect from 1st December 2014. I feel the writer of this review is very misleading to readers as we not responsible for the property prior to this date, and in my opinion it is clear her frustrations and points are as a result of the previous management company for which we cannot be held responsible for. Since taking on the management of this property my Property Manager has visited the property and addressed all outstanding issues to which my understanding is that both the tenant and Landlord are satisfied with our service.

Lastly my team endeavour to respond to all communications either email or telephone in a prompt efficient way, I strongly dispute the writers claim of following up something over 50 times. Our records show the deposit certificate was protected correctly and within the deposit protection scheme’s timescales and guidelines. A copy was provided to the client we would have no reason to lie as the certificate clearly states the date of protection.

The Ombudsman and the OFT are looking into this, as you know, not only have you have responded to them, you have been cc'd in on correspondence!!!! The case comes before them for review in April and i will happily publish the findings on here for you.
