An appalling company with disrespectful and unhelpful staff. After I signed a lease for a property owned by a landlord whose extreme laziness and dishonesty only became apparent later, Drayton employees(when they made themselves available) would provide almost no help dealing with him or any difficulties I had, preferring instead to defend him and trivialize complaints.

I would strongly advise against using them
unless you want constant frustration, rudeness and disappointment!
What agent could do to change your mind?
1) Show respect to customer 2) At least TRY to help him/her 3) Don't persistently defend a shady landlord 4) Don't avoid potentially difficult or inconvenient calls or meetings 5) Don't make feeble and untruthful excuses to customers that a child wouldn't swallow
