Majid Khan has been managing my property for the last 3 years, finding loyal and good tenants. Majid responds quickly to my emails and he also notified me immediately when urgent repairs were needed, which avoided further damage in the long run. He also pro-actively organised annual safety checks, basically he provides all the services needed in a very professional manner.

The fees are not bad given the going rates for the area, though I do believe they could be more flexible in their negotiation with landlords on a case-by-case basis, to better reflect the actual amount of work related to the payment - however that was not under the control of the individual in question being reviewed here, so is not relevant to his performance.

I found all the staff at this branch very helpful and professional. There was one issue at the start of the tenancy regarding access rights but this was dealt with immediately and they were always on hand. I would definitely use them again....
